Flux Facility helps commercial building owners and managers get facility work priced and arranged. Work is performed by independent licensed providers. Estimates on this site are starting points; final pricing comes from the provider quote you approve.

Give accurate information about the building and the work. Don't misuse the site, scrape it, or submit requests you don't intend.

Content

Pages here explain services, typical costs, and code requirements in general terms. They are education, not engineering advice for your specific building. Codes and prices change by place and time.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Flux Facility is not liable for indirect damages from using the site. Provider workmanship is covered by the provider's own agreement, license, and insurance.
